TAKOMA PARK, Md. – The Spartanburg Methodist College men's soccer team scored early en route to a 1-0 win over Fisher in a neutral site matchup on Sunday.
For the third-straight game, Brandon Porras found the back of the net. Porras took a feed from Brandon Serna just :70 into the contest. Goalkeeper Francesco Molinar had nine more saves for a successful clean sheet.
"I am very proud of our boys for getting four points (a win and a tie) on the road," said head coach Doug Smith. "These are massive results for us and gives us momentum coming home for two more games. We are such a young team and excited to see us continue to grow over the years."
