Bio

Elijah Todd is in his first year as the assistant men’s and women’s golf coach at Spartanburg Methodist College, where he will play an integral role in recruiting, player development, and program operations.

A 2024 graduate of Spartanburg Methodist College, Todd enters the coaching ranks after gaining professional experience in both the business and golf industries. At Lima One Capital, he worked closely with builders, developers, and investors, developing strong communication, relationship-management, and organizational skills that translate directly to recruiting and prospect engagement. His time at Golf Galaxy further strengthened his connection to the sport, as he assisted with inventory management while providing hands-on customer service in a golf-focused environment.

As a student at SMC, Todd was deeply involved in community outreach, serving as a leader with Sports for Everyone in Roebuck. In that role, he organized and led a youth sports camp serving more than 60 participants and leveraged marketing and design skills to increase awareness and participation—experience that directly supports recruiting strategy, brand visibility, and relationship building at the collegiate level.
