Romeo Brown Secures Second AAC Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week in 2026
SPARTANBURG, SC - For the second time in four weeks, Spartanburg Methodist College junior Romeo Brown was named the Appalachian Athletic Conference Men’s Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week on Monday.
Romeo Brown won the 100m dash (10.45) and the 200m dash (21.65) as well as ran the anchor leg of the winning 4x100m relay at the 3rd Annual Tornado Classic on Friday. The 4x100m relay time is the fastest in the AAC in 2026 and his winning time in the 100m dash set a meet record.
