2026 (Outdoor Track and Field): 

• Named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll for Fall Semester 2025 and Spring Semester 2026
• Placed sixth in the 5,000-meter Race Walk at the AAC Outdoor Championships with a season-best time of 41:19.58.
• Recorded a season-best javelin throw of 62-9 (19.13m) at the Southside Power & Fitness Invitational, finishing 15th.
• Finished seventh in the javelin at the 3rd Annual Tornado Classic with a throw of 18.77 meters (61-7).
• Took third in the 5,000-meter Race Walk at the SWU GottaRun Invite, crossing the line in 43:21.97.

2025 (Cross Country): 

• Named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll for Fall Semester 2025 and Spring Semester 2026
• Competed in five meets during the season.
• Recorded a season-best 5K time of 24:47.0 at the NAIA Appalachian Challenge, finishing 172nd.
• Placed 48th at the Pfeiffer University Cross Country Invitational with a time of 25:33.4.
• Finished 109th at the Converse Kick-Off in 25:59.5 to open the season.
• Clocked a 26:35.5 at the Upstate Invite, placing 206th.
• Concluded the season by placing 82nd at the Appalachian Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships, covering the 6K course in 29:05.1.

2025 (Outdoor Track and Field): 

• Named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll for Fall Semester 2024 and Spring Semester 2025
• Recorded a throw of 58-6 (17.84m) n the javelin throw to place fourth at the Continental Athletic Conference Championships.
• Helped the 4x400-meter relay team earn a third-place finish at the Continental Athletic Conference Championships with a time of 5:17.10.
• Posted a season-best 800-meter time of 2:55.40 at the Tornado Classic.
• Opened the outdoor season with a 57-5 (17.51m) javelin throw at the SWU/Susan Rouse Invitational.
• Threw 61-8 (18.80m) in the javelin at the John-Hunter James Classic.
• Competed at the Montreat Open, recording a 57-11 (17.66m) mark in the javelin.

2025 (Indoor Track and Field): 

• Ran a time of 2:01.07 in the 600 at the JDL Flat is Fast Invitational.

2024 (Cross Country): 

• Named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll for Fall Semester 2024 and Spring Semester 2025
• Closed the season with an 18th-place finish in the 6K (34:24.5) at the Continental Athletic Conference Championships.
• Posted a season-best 5K time of 25:00.2 at the NAIA Appalachian Challenge.
• Finished 44th in the 6K (34:49.8) at the adidas/Winthrop Cross Country Invitational.
• Recorded a 5K time of 28:25.2 at the Brevard XC Classic.
• Opened the season with a 5K time of 28:15.9 at the Eye Opener XC Meet.

2023 (Cross Country): 

• 114th at the NJCAA Half Marathon Championships with a time of 2:23:09.2
• Competed in four meets during the season.
• Opened the season with a 94th-place finish at the Queen City Invite, covering the 5K course in 26:43.2.
• Placed 28th at the Yeti Invitational with a season-best 26:16.2 5K performance.
• Finished 264th at the Upstate Invitational, recording a 26:05.8 in the 5K.
• Closed the season with a 22nd-place finish at the NJCAA Region X Championships, completing the 5K in 33:20.1.
