2026 (Outdoor Track and Field): 

  • Named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll for Spring Semester 2026
  • Won the 400-meter hurdles at the 3rd Annual Tornado Classic with a season-best time of 1:12.67.
  • Placed 11th in the 400-meter hurdles (1:13.09) at the Appalachian Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships.
  • Finished 12th in the 400-meter hurdles (1:16.27) and 27th in the 800 meters (2:43.61) at the Southside Power & Fitness Invitational.
  • Recorded a fifth-place finish in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (15:06.76) at the Hampton Inn River City Relays.
  • Helped the 4x400-meter relay team to an eighth-place finish with a time of 4:24.49 at the Hampton Inn River City Relays.

2025-26 (Indoor Track and Field): 

  • Posted a season-best 800-meter time of 2:35.27 to place 13th at the JDL Early Bird Invitational.
  • Recorded a season-best 1,000-meter time of 3:39.12 at the Tryon Winter Classic.
  • Ran on the 4x400-meter relay team that finished ninth (4:37.00) at the Tryon Winter Classic.
  • Competed in the 800 meters at the Liberty Open (2:39.92) and Tryon Banked Invitational (2:46.63).

2025 (Cross Country): 

  • Recorded a season-best 6K time of 27:04.4 at the Appalachian Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships, finishing 67th.
  • Posted a season-best 5K time of 22:31.8 at the NAIA Appalachian Challenge, placing 148th.
  • Finished 148th at the Louisville Classic with a time of 23:52.3.
  • Opened the season at the Converse Kick-Off, placing 87th in 23:47.5. 

2025 (Outdoor Track and Field): 

  • Won the 400 meters (1:04.00) at the Continental Athletic Conference Championships.
  • Earned runner-up honors in the 400-meter hurdles (1:23.57) at the Continental Athletic Conference Championships.
  • Placed third in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (15:14.01) at the Continental Athletic Conference Championships.
  • Finished sixth in the 1,500 meters (5:52.59) at the Continental Athletic Conference Championships.
  • Posted a season-best 1:10.93 in the 400-meter hurdles to finish fourth at the Montreat Open.
  • Competed on the 4x800-meter relay that placed fifth at the Montreat Open (10:47.06).
  • Finished sixth in the 400-meter hurdles (1:12.35) and helped the 4x400-meter relay to a fifth-place finish (4:28.78) at the John-Hunter James Classic.

  • Recorded a season-best 800-meter time of 2:43.61 at the JDL Flat Is Fast Invitational.
  • Posted a season-best 400-meter time of 1:08.25 at the JDL Early Bird Invitational.
  • Finished 10th in the 800 meters at the JDL Early Bird Invitational.
  • Placed 14th in the 400 meters at the JDL Early Bird Invitational.
  • Competed in both the 400 meters and 800 meters at the Liberty Open, posting times of 1:09.16 and 2:54.91, respectively.

2024 (Outdoor Track and Field): 

  • Member of the first-place 4x800-meter relay team (11:18.15) at the Tornado Classic.
  • Finished runner-up in the distance medley relay (14:25.78) at the JCSU Golden Bulls Collegiate Invitational.
  • Recorded a season-best 400-meter hurdles time of 1:16.15 at the JCSU Golden Bulls Collegiate Invitational.
  • Placed third in the 4x400-meter relay (4:30.66) at the SWU/Susan Rouse Invitational.
