2026 (Outdoor Track and Field): 

• Named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll for Fall Semester 2025 and Spring Semester 2026
• Placed fifth in the 3,000 meters (11:33.48) at the JCSU Golden Bulls Invitational.
• Recorded a season-best 5,000-meter time of 19:40.23 at the Southside Power & Fitness Invitational.
• Finished eighth in the 5,000 meters (20:16.31) at the 3rd Annual Tornado Classic.
• Competed in both the 1,500 meters (5:10.53) and 5,000 meters (19:56.53) at the SWU GottaRun Invite.
  
  

2025-26 (Indoor Track and Field): 

• Recorded a 5000m run time of 20:28.86 en roue to an 18th place finish at the 2026 Liberty Open.

2025 (Cross Country): 

• Named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll for Fall Semester 2025 and Spring Semester 2026.
• Competed in five meets.
• Recorded a season-best 8K time of 30:13.8 at the NAIA Appalachian Challenge, placing 185th.
• Posted a 90th-place finish at the Appalachian Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships with an 8K time of 31:53.5.
• Opened the season with a 135th-place finish in the 6K at the Converse Kick-Off, crossing the line in 26:34.9.
• Finished 56th at the Pfeiffer University Cross Country Invitational, completing the 8K in 31:55.4.

2025 (Outdoor Track and Field):

• Competed in the 5,000 meters and 4x800-meter relay during the 2025 outdoor track season.
• Earned runner-up honors in the 4x800-meter relay with a time of 10:02.73 at the Continental Athletic Conference Championship.
• Placed 12th in the 5,000 meters at the Continental Athletic Conference Championship, finishing in 20:29.99.
• Recorded a season-best 5,000-meter time of 20:29.99 at the Continental Athletic Conference Championship.
• Posted a 20:55.72 in the 5,000 meters at the Tornado Classic.
• Ran a season-best 4:57.74 in the 1,500 meters at the Montreat Open.

2024 (Cross Country): 

• Named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll for Fall Semester 2024 and Spring Semester 2025
• Competed in four 8K races.
• Recorded a season-best 8K time of 31:31.5 at the Adidas/Winthrop Cross Country Invitational, placing 30th.
• Finished 30th at the Continental Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships with an 8K time of 35:51.6.
• Posted an 8K time of 32:07.0 to place 56th at the Brevard XC Classic.
• Opened the season at the Eye Opener XC Meet, finishing the 8K course in 35:38.5 and placing 155th.

2023 (Cross Country): 

• 140th at the NJCAA Half Marathon Championships with a time of 1:30:52.3
• Competed in five races during the 2023 season.
• Recorded a season-best 8K time of 31:55.2 at the NJCAA Division I Cross Country Championships, finishing 202nd.
• Placed 10th at the NJCAA Region X Championships with an 8K time of 32:26.5.
• Finished the Upstate Invitational in 32:55.2, placing 263rd.
• Opened the season with an 8K time of 33:50.3 at the Eye Opener XC Festival.
• Competed at the Royals Challenge, posting a time of 34:29.9.
