2025-26 (Outdoor Track and Field): 

• Named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll for Fall Semester 2025 and Spring Semester 2026.
• Competed in five meets during the outdoor season.
• Placed sixth in the 5,000-meter race walk with a season-best time of 34:38.01 at the Appalachian Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships.
• Helped the 4x800-meter relay team to a sixth-place finish at the AAC Championships in 8:37.11.
• Recorded a season-best 4:39.09 in the 1,500 meters at the JCSU Golden Bulls Invitational.
• Finished seventh in the 1,500 meters at the Tornado Classic with a time of 4:43.26.
• Posted a 4:39.14 in the 1,500 meters at the SWU GottaRun Invite.

2025-26 (Indoor Track and Field): 

• Competed at the Tryon Winter Classic and Combined Events.
• Finished 17th in the 5,000 meters with a time of 19:01.93.
• Placed 38th in the 3,000 meters, crossing the line in 10:37.16. 

2025 (Cross Country): 

• Named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll for Fall Semester 2025 and Spring Semester 2026.
• Competed in five meets during the season.
• Placed 53rd at the Pfeiffer University Cross Country Invitational, covering the 8K course in 31:46.0.
• Recorded a season-best 8K time of 30:01.9 at the NAIA Appalachian Challenge, finishing 177th.
• Finished 84th at the Appalachian Athletic Conference Championships with an 8K time of 31:09.0.
• Opened the season with a 129th-place finish in the 6K at the Converse Kick-Off, crossing in 25:28.1.
• Posted a time of 32:03.2 in the 8K at the Upstate Invite, placing 217th.

2025 (Outdoor Track and Field): 

• Named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll for Fall Semester 2024 and Spring Semester 2025
• Competed in the 800m, 1500m, 3000m steeplechase, 3,000m, 4x400-meter relay, and 4x800-meter relay.
• Earned a third-place finish in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (11:43.74) at the Continental Athletic Conference Championships.
• Placed second in the 4x800-meter relay (8:43.38) at the Tornado Classic.
• Finished 10th in the 800 meters (2:15.08) and ninth in the 1,500 meters (4:32.09) at the Continental Athletic Conference Championships.
• Recorded a season-best 2:06.25 in the 800 meters at the Montreat Open.
• Posted a season-best 4:29.55 in the 1,500 meters at the Berry Field Day Invite.
• Opened the outdoor season with a ninth-place finish in the 3,000 meters (10:46.17) at the SWU/Susan Rouse Invitational.
• Competed in the 4x400-meter relay at the John-Hunter James Classic, helping the team to an 11th-place finish (3:45.09).

2024-25 (Indoor Track and Field): 

• Competed in two meets during the indoor season.
• Posted a season-best mile time of 4:49.69 at the JDL Early Bird Invitational.
• Recorded a 32nd-place finish in the mile with a time of 4:52.37 at the JDL Flat Is Fast Invitational.
• Ran a season-best 10:17.31 in the 3,000 meters at the JDL Flat Is Fast Invitational, placing 57th.

2024 (Cross Country): 

• Named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll for Fall Semester 2024 and Spring Semester 2025.
• Competed in five meets during the season.
• Recorded a season-best 8K time of 29:55.1 at the NAIA Appalachian Challenge.
• Placed 21st at the Continental Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships with an 8K time of 32:17.6.
• Finished 23rd at the adidas/Winthrop Cross Country Invitational (30:33.5).
• Posted a 42nd-place finish at the Brevard XC Classic (30:14.2).
• Opened the season at the Eye Opener XC Meet, placing 143rd in 31:58.8.
