Bio

2026 (Outdoor Track and Field): 

• Posted a runner-up finish in the 10,000 meters at the Lenoir-Rhyne Last Chance with a season-best time of 37:30.80.
• Competed at the Appalachian Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships, placing ninth in the 5,000-meter race walk (35:17.60) and helping the 4x800-meter relay to a sixth-place finish (8:37.11).
• Recorded season-best times of 2:06.67 in the 800 meters at the JCSU Golden Bulls Invitational and 4:17.47 in the 1,500 meters at the Southside Power & Fitness Invitational.
• Finished fifth in the 5,000 meters at the 3rd Annual Tornado Classic with a time of 17:30.15.
• Opened the outdoor season with a fourth-place finish in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (11:47.88) at the SWU GottaRun Invitational.
• Competed across the 800m, 1,500m, 3,000m steeplechase, 5,000m, 10,000m, 5,000m race walk, and 4x800-meter relay, showcasing versatility in distance events.

2025-26 (Indoor Track and Field): 

• Posted a season-best time of 16:34.21 in the 5,000 meters to finish fourth at the Liberty Open.
• Recorded a personal season-best 2:42.61 in the 1,000 meters at the Tryon Winter Classic.
• Competed in the 3,000 meters (9:30.10) at the Tryon Winter Classic.
• Finished 18th in the 1,000 meters (2:46.44) at the Appalachian Athletic Conference Indoor Championships.
• Helped the distance medley relay team to a ninth-place finish (11:46.44) at the AAC Indoor Championships. 

 2025 (Cross Country): 

• Named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll for Fall Semester 2025
• Competed in six meets during the 2025 season.
• Recorded a season-best 8K time of 27:27.0 at the NAIA Appalachian Challenge.
• Finished 58th at the Appalachian Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships with a time of 28:21.5.
• Began SMC career with a 68th-place finish and a season-best 6k time of 21:49 at the Converse Kick-Off.
