2025 (Track & Field): Named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll Spring Semester 2025...Set three PRs at the 2025 Continental Athletic Conference Track and Field Championships (Apr. 21)...won the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 11:02.85, fourth in the 5000 (16:28.78) and fifth in the 1500 (4:25.06)...recorded a PR in the 800 (2:09.56) at the Tornado Classic (Apr. 4)...on the indoor circuit, clocked PRs in the mile (4:52.31) and 3000 (9:58.59) at the 2025 Liberty Open (Feb. 7-8, 2025)...third in the 3000 (9:58.60) a the SWU/ Susan Rouse Invite (Mar. 1).

2024 (Cross Country): Named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll Fall Semester 2024...participated in four meets...14th at the 2024 Continental Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships (Nov. 8)...clocked a season-best 8k time of 28:39.9 at the 0224 NAIA Appalachian Challenge (Oct. 25).
